Hi, I'm looking for a booking plugin with a particular characteristic: I need global availability for category of products: I have 25 seats in my restaurant, and I have 5 differents wine tasting to book; when a customer books 4 seats for a wine tasting, for example for the first wine tasting at 12:00am, I need to show only 21 seats remaining to book at the same hour. And I have another product, a Jeep tour in the vineyard, available for 12 people; another product different from wine tasting, with another availability. Is it possible with your plugin ? Regards
This scenario can be done but with some workarounds, and not completely as you described. We have a feature called "services". You can make 5 services (wine tastings) with a max capacity of 5 customers. That means that you also need to make 5 employees to cover 5 services. Regarding the Jeep Tour, that would be a separate service with another employee.
The second option is to use the feature "Resources". This is useful when you have a scenario where you have 3 seats and 6 employees, for example.
When you share a resource between services, it means you provide a resource that depends on the number of appointments, and it doesn’t rely on the service that’s booked.
Can you provide more details about your scenario? How would like seats to be booked? Is your main goal to track the number of remaining seats?
