It sounds to us that you have mixed roles which you should not do.
Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee. OR for example if admin has the same mail as a customer or employee.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.
Hi Support-Team,
suddenly the customer details seem to stopped working:
- backend: clicking on the customer entry in the Amelia menue: blank page
- frontend: customer panel does not load for logged in customer - the area where it is supposed to display is just blank.
- frontend: the customer panel loads fine for the admin.
NB: I restricted access to the customer panel only to admins and customers by a user role editor.
Everything worked fine before. There weren't any issues before that could have caused it.
I already de- and reactivated the plugin.
What needs to be done to solve this?
Thanks.
