The double header like that , and cell merging is currently only possible with our Simple Tables.

They have some unique features like merging of cells,  and reordering rows at ease,

but Simple tables also have certain limitations such as you can't sort/filter them,

and you also can't make these Conditional Formatting rules, 

which i guess you will need if you want to make colored conditions, for example,

if the temperature is equal or lower than X number, color it green, or if the temp value is higher, color it orange, etc;

that won't be possible with Simple Tables.

But on the other hand, for other DataTable types, you can do all of this - just can't do merging cells and "double headers".
