Thank you for expressing interest in the Amelia plugin.
At the moment, tax can be added only through WooCommerce at the moment.
There is no option for employees to see earnings from the front-end. It can only be seen by the admin user from the back-end.

You can enable the option for the employees to set their own prices for each service that they are assigned.
Yes, you can see that from the Amelia/Dashboard page, where there are different statistic metrics for all of the employees.
