1. Unable to make changes to booking form 2.0 step labels. the Change is reflected in the form editor. But those changes are not present in the front end.
2. Event form - Unable to turn off phone as a required field. Once again the change is reflected in the form editor but once you go to the front end to test the form the phone field is still a "required" entry.
3. Related to issue two, I am trying to turn off "required" on the phone field because I don't have the option to make my country Canada, the default phone number prefix. The usability on this is very bad having to force my users to scroll through a pull down of countries just to add their phone number.
In all cases, I have deleted my browser cache before trying to test the forms on the front end.
1. Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
2. You need to do this in 2 places in general settings and in customize settings
3. This also you can set in general settings like this
