We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

    I AM UNABLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE BACK END! 

    I CAN NOT VIEW APPOINTMENTS IN APPOINTMENTS TAB ON BACKEND.

    i can find no documentation for this either...

    I'm having too many issues in first few days trying to set this up!!

    Why is your customer support so slow to reply?

    what is the unsatisfied buyer refund policy? 14days??

    Hello Shelana,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We do not work on weekend so that is our response is a little slower and our refind no question asked policy in 15 days.

    As for your issue can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee.

    If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.

    You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.

    After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
