I have open a private ticket more 10 days ago because the app doesn't duplicate events, and today I still don't have a solution, they have sent me new plugin update but it didn't work.
Really I am not happy with this plugin, luckily comes with 30 days money back
It is very rare that they have not given you support in all those days. In my case they have always helped me without so much delay and have solved each and every one of my doubts. And I tell you, I'm just another user, I'm not part of Amelia's team.
