Hi, 1.) GA4 I have talked to someone from google to make conversion tracking for google ads and we where not able to install tracking for GA4 with Amelia. We have tried it over the Amelia Plugin with Integration > Marketing Tools > Analytics as well as in the GA4 Analytics Console and the google tag manager. It seems that Amelia booking can not be tracked in GA4. Do you have an idea how to solve this?
2.) Category pictures I would make the booking catagoeries a little better and clearer and put a thumbnail in the category (like application photos). Is that possible?
Is there another way to separate the booking category so that I insert a picture over the website and put the booking category as a button underneath?
1. Our developers checked and they confirm we already have support for GA4. In the current input, you need to add the Measurement ID and it will work.
It can also be used through Google Tag Manager, by adding new tags and triggers that will serve GA4.
2. Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
Hi Uros, thanks for your quick reply. is there a possibility to set up something like a thanks page in Amelia. That is a page where the user is redirected to after the purchase or booking. that would be for google ads conversion tracking. Or is there another way to dry conversions in Amelia at ads?
Uros went on holiday so I will step in for him. At this time the only available option for this you can find in general settings called Redirect URL After Booking. You can create a thank you page in WordPress and as soon as customers complete the booking process they will be redirected to that page. This is what we can offer you at this time hope it helps in case it doesn't I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
