I had assigned a domain to my Amelia account. It was a temporary domain since the website was under development. I have now changed its domain to the actual one. How should I go about changing the domain for Amelia?

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
You need to log in to our store and there you will see the option my licenses and in there you can find manage domains.
Manage Domains:
Clicking on the "Manage Domains" button shows you the websites (domains and subdomains) on which the purchase code has been activated:
From this screen, you can remotely deactivate the license on any registered domain, and you can register the new domain.

These instructions do not work. I don't have the option to add a domain although it allowed me to delete my domain.
I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I was not able to add a domain. I could only delete a domain.
I figured it out. You have to deactivate the Amelia plugin on your (old) site. Once you do, you activate it on your (new) site, enter your license key and the new domain will show as registered on the Amelia store.

The license must be deactivated on that domain otherwise you can not set it up on a new one. We have to kindly ask you that if you have any further questions please open your own separate ticket so that other users do not get each of our replies so that we do not disturb them. Hope you understand.
