You can hide end time of the appointment in customize section of Amelia like this

I want to have a service that does not demand "duration", since clients will use it to subscribe a different kind of service. Meaning, "duration = 0".
Is this doable, having an event to be bought but that does not consume me any time on the agenda (and therefore, burning slots?)

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Amelia is designed for booking so appointments and events must have a duration.
