We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We are having some trouble with the Amelia booking system. The residents don't like the way the booking process is displayed and much prefer a calendar view. The is filterable by service.
We created the workaround where you can show the admin calendar view to Amelia Customers. However, faced with some issues
Doesn't populate the logged-in user information, has to be reentered when making a booking.
When logged-in user searches for themselves, some of them don't appear in the search but are existing user.
Doesnt show the custom field information that we set up. The Completing a Booking section had links/references to the T's & C's now it just has the check boxes.

Hello Kyle,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what was created and how exactly? Regarding to this "We created the workaround where you can show the admin calendar view to Amelia Customers" Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots? Or a short one minute video?
As for terms custom field to add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
