Use case 1: Let's say there are 20 employees located in different cities. 3 employees are located in Oslo, 2 employees are in Bergen, 3 employees located in Trondheim etc. When a service for a specific area is asked for. Example Bergen. I only want the employees located in Bergen to be available for the specific job. That means being able to define a region to where specific employees are located. This can be a city or regions of a city etc. - I am looking into defining employee within a specific region. - I am looking into having the customer choose a specific region they only get the employees that service that region to be selectable.
Use case 2: I look for a yoga studio that is close to where I live. I add my address or location of where I live and only see Yoga studios within a certain distance of my home address or given address. Defining start area and how close to my home I can see a given Yoga studio.
Use case 3: There are 25 real estate agents that cover one big city. These real estate agents have a defined section of the city they are to cover with overlap if needed. A home owner wants to book a real estate agent to go through their home. They fill in information including address of their home and get a list of real estate agents in the area that covers the specific section of the city the house is located in. Only the real estate agents that cover the specific section will be seen in the list. So the home owner will see information about the real estate agents they can choose from. A profile picture and some general information about each of the agents.
That gives a few different ideas on how locations can be connected in with service agents. + How service agents should get a nice profile in a list view the user can see and make their choice from.
Thank you for your advice! It is much appreciated!

The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this. Same goes for locations where this service is provided.
When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:
My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.
You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

You can offer locations and based on that location the customers will see employees services and dates that are available on that location.
3. Same answer as above. You can only show it as we mentioned above. You can offer locations and based on that location the customers will see employees services and dates that are available on that location. You can add picture in employee profile and you can add a description about each employee.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket.
