Okay I was able to do that. Another question I have is if I wanted to add rule or terms and conditions when they book. How can this be done? Is there a way to have them agree before booking?
So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
In regards to your second question, unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
I made a mistake and thought another scheduling would be better but it has fewer features. I was wondering the process of restoring my account.
I also had a few questions about features. Do you offer a booking link? Also if I am making a weekend and weekday service rate and I want to grey out the weekend/weekday depending on their selection. Is that possible?
We have responded to you in the email, but I will post te same response here.
Since the license is canceled, there is no option to restore it. You could only purchase a new license at this point.
If you are referring to a booking link that you send customers and then they book an appointment through that link. That is not possible at the moment with Amelia's built-in features. For the purpose of differentiating the weekend and weekday schedules, you would need to create two different employees, one for weekdays, one for weekends and set different prices for each employee for the specific service.
I am trying to add a service for a rental of a studio, there is no employee. It does not let me add a service without the employee. What can be done?
Hello Geovanni,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can create a defacto employee that will just serve so that the service can be created.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

I setup stripe, is there also a way not to charge the card until the day before?
Hello Geovanni,
Thank you for reaching back out to us.
To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:
