The below is an email from my colleague who was cancelling an appt and allowing a different patient to book via front end.
"I cancelled an appt. It showed 'red' as normal.
Later another patient who I was on the phone to at the time, booked the slot I had cancelled earlier. Usually this isn't a problem.
It then showed as a group, (unusual) so I 'deleted' the 'cancelled' appointment as not to confuse the practitioner, since the grouping confuses the practitioners as it doesn’t visibly show clearly which appointment has cancelled on the practitioners portal. It simply shows 2 appts. We don't usually delete cancelled appointment, because we need the data, to be able to see how many times a patient is cancelling.
It then merged the notes from the cancelled appt to the new appt"
This glitch has been happening recently even though all services and employee settings are correct. min 1, and max 1 patient per appt. Hope you can help!

Hello Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We can not replicate this on our end as you can see in the screenshot
Can you please send us short one minute video so that we can see the flow and try to replicate it on our environment?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
