Hello, in the NGO volunteering activity for which we use Amelia (En Bici Sense Edat) it is essential that in the content of the "[ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1" the employee's telephone number is included.
This way, the customer can call the employee in case of need.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Hi Marko, thanks for the reply, I will do so. The problem is that of everything we have been uploading to the "to-do" list, it has not yet been possible to implement anything...
This depends on the number of votes that other user leave. If some of your suggestions have 5 votes then most likely they will not be implemented. Whereas we have several hundreds of votes for the waiting list and cart feature and they will be implemented in the next few months. This is how it works.
We thank you for your suggestion and each vote counts but if a suggestion is not that popular most likely it will not be developed.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there. I can only hope that your suggestion will have plenty of votes.

Hello Carles,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
