I was told I should open a new ticket if I had further questions.
I do, because the reply that I received didn't solve any of my inquires. I had tried already both things that were suggested to me but they didn't work.
1) The title for the labels section "Termin-Info" is not editable through the payment sections of the plugin, so I would like a code solution to be able to edit or erase this title because it is undesirable for the invoices I produce with WooCommerce. Can you help me with this please? This is the most important issue.
2) I had already read the documentation but there is no information regarding rules that change WooCommerce order status from an update in Amelia (Amelia -> WooCommerce) It is only described how to do it the other way around. Can you show me how to achieve this?
The CSS code you sent me only hides the info in the Checkout but then mixes it all up in the metadata for WooCommerce (it doesnt work)
I did some exploring myself and found a rather radical solution that worked. But I would like you to help me to do the same thing in a more elegant way (with a PHP code snippet, for example)
I identified that the string creating the problems was this one
So I just went to the Backend and Frontend php and deleted it from the file. Could you help me with a code that does this same thing, so that the problem doeskin reappear with an update?
Since this is a WooCommerce functionality, I cannot provide you with such code and I would suggest that you reach out to their support and they will be able to assist you with this.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Im afraid you understood me incorrectly. This has nothing to do with WooCommerce. This is the MetaData that Amelia generates for appointments that WooCommerce then reads. I would have no problems in contacting the WooCommerce support team, but this is not something they can help me with. I hope you don’t think, that I’m expecting you to help me with something unrelated to Amelia. The strings I sent you come directly from the Amelia plugin folder. This is the path; it is exclusively Amelia:
Hi, dear support team.

Hello Santiago,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. Please use the following CSS and let me know if it works or not:
2. Amelia does not have an effect on the WooCommerce order statuses. It can only be done the other way around.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

Hello Santiago,
Understood, thank you for clearing that up and I apologise for the misunderstanding.
At the moment, please use your workaround and I will have this checked with our developers if there is any more convenient solution for this.
Thank you for your patience.
