We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, how do I enter time in 12hrs and not 24hrs. I'm trying to enter 6:30pm as end time in the "Working hours & Days Off" setting and it won't allow me to do it. Is there a code or something I can enter to make this happen?
HI, Angel.
Amelia is pulling the Time Format from your main WordPress settings.
You can change this in main WordPress settings/General settings/Time Format.
Let me know if that helps.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello...thank you for your reply. I changed the settings...but to no avail. I attached pictures...I changed the format and saved it, but when I go back to setup employee hours, nothing above 9:30 is highlighted. I can't choose 6:30

Hi, Angela.
I can't see exactly what you are trying to do from that screenshot.
It seems that you are trying to add multiple work hour blocks in the same day,
and it is not behaving as you expect for your use-case;
but could you please elaborate in a bit more details.
If you could tell me one example of a day, what are the desired working hours;
for example i think this is for a Monday from the screenshot?
If you can also please record a Video of your screen, such as with Loom or anything like that, so that we can see the steps you are trying to do?
If the Video has any sensitive data, please send it in a PRIVATE reply, for security reasons.
And if the file is too large for Ticksy, you can upload it to weTransfer and send me a download link.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

I hope this help explain what I'm trying to do. This employee takes appointments up until 6pm. I want it to read 6:00pm and not 18:00
