We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I just tried the new events list and it's great but there is an essential feature missing. I think I have pointed it out before.
We have lots of events scheduled but there still seems to be no way to adjust the number of events shown per page in a paginated list.
It seems to be 30 events. In the customizer, it shows 7 events per page which would be great. You can see what I mean on my website: https://freewalkingtoursalzburg.com/tours/free-tour-salzburg-english/
I use the events list in a sidebar on the right. I limited the number of events that are displayed with a "read more" button which is not ideal.
Have I missed the option to customize the pagination? If not, that would be very important, especially since the new events list items are bigger. A list of 30 events before we are able to paginate is very long which renders the whole pagination feature useless.
Hi, Gerhard.
Can you try this setting, please?
In your Amelia settings/General settings/change the "Default items per page" number.
See if it was perhaps now set to 30, and reduce it.
We do not currently have 7 to choose, but let me know if this helps to reduce the number of the Events shown.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

That works perfectly. Was that option there before or was it added to the new events list? I imagine I have asked and searched for it before.
Hi, Gerhard.
Sorry for the waiting time on this reply.
I checked with our QA Team, and they confirmed that this setting was present in several previous versions of Amelia.
To be fair, it is easy to miss a setting like this, since we do have a lot of detailed options in Amelia,
so I can completely understand if you did not notice it before.
I am happy to see that this achieves what is needed for the use-case.
Please don't hesitate to create new tickets for anything else we could assist with.
Have a great day!
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
