I need to know what is the best way to prepare the amelia plugin to work dynamically.
Let me explain better with an example:
Based on the web tab of a service, I want to parameterize that service by default in the amelia plugin. That is, if I enter the service "A" file, I need the preselected service "A" to be in the plugin by default, if I enter the service "B" file, I need the service "B" selected to be in the plugin by default, etc. The same thing would happen to me with the employee, who depending on his location, should be marked by default one or the other.
Additionally, in a second subsequent exercise, any preselected value will imply that there are no more possible values to select, the default value will always be the only selectable one.
There is a solution but it is not effective at all, which is to have a landing page for the amelia plugin for each service/employee, but it would cause high and tedious maintenance.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Hello Joan,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, the only option in Amelia is to preselect certain elements in the booking form and it will be displayed that way on the front end.
You can also combine all of these options, for example:
[ameliastepbooking service=1 employee=1 location=1]
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Joan,
My apologies for the additional questions, but on the page you provided me with, I could not find the Amelia booking form.
Can you please let me know where it is exactly?
Looking forward to your reply.
