In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

If visiting the site, you need to enter 'Fire7777' as site is in development as not live yet.
I want to simplify the booking screen.
The service is just to show 'Design Consultation'
I just want to show
Location (Just 2 locations)
Ideally I just want 1 choice of 'Location'
Then to pass through to the date and time of booking.

For this to work, the service and employee will have to be preselected with the shortcode:
[ameliastepbooking employee=1 service=1] if you want to show the booking form for the employee with ID 1 and service with ID 1.

I'm looking to really simplify the customers journey. The client has 2 Offices to choose from and don;t need to know staff members etc., these are assigned by the client.
I just want the first stage to be, Select Location (See attached)
Is that possible, don;t see in your shortcode listing.

By preselecting employee and service, I am referring to doing so with the shortcode, so that those fields are not displayed on the front-end.
