We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I trust this message finds you well. We are currently exploring the implementation of a booking system for our client's esteemed auto body repair business. Their intention is to offer predefined half-hour time slots to customers, allowing them to book and make advanced payments for their desired slots. It is crucial for us to collect comprehensive customer information, including detailed car specifications.

At present, we are considering two types of bookings. The first pertains to customers seeking assistance with insurance claims, while the second focuses on personal claims. To ensure clarity from the outset, we require a distinct indication of "Insurance" or "Personal" on the booking form. Upon selection, the process will progress accordingly. The personal claim bookings will incur a fee. On the other hand, insurance claim bookings will not involve any charges as we will be managing the insurance claim on the client behalf.

Regarding the booking forms, we need the inclusion of tick boxes or, ideally, a user-friendly interface resembling the one found on the following website: https://revive-uk.com/request-a-quote/. This will enable customers to provide a concise description of the repair requirements and easily indicate the specific areas of damage on a graphical representation of their vehicle. Although we understand that this feature might not be available at present, we strongly recommend its consideration for future implementation, as numerous bodyshops have expressed interest in utilising such a system.

Furthermore, we would like to inquire if it would be possible for customers making payments to utilise our existing merchant account, integrated within our WordPress platform (WooCommerce).

We greatly appreciate your attention to this matter and sincerely hope that our proposed requirements can be fulfilled.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Best regards,

    Mark

    Hello Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. - You can choose and set time slot as you wish form 1 minute up to 24 hours

    2. At present, we are considering two types of bookings. The first pertains to customers seeking assistance with insurance claims, while the second focuses on insurance claims. - You can create separate categories and services and you can named the as you want for example insurance or personal claims.

Also, you can set deposit for each service and ask for a fee/deposit in advanced and you can set different payment method for each service if you need it.

    3. - We have option called custom fields and you can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/custom-fields/. You can add different custom fields for each service and in this why you can gather necessary data that you need.

    4. Furthermore, we would like to inquire if it would be possible for customers making payments to utilise our existing merchant account, integrated within our WordPress platform (WooCommerce). - Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay. You can read more about Amelia's integration on this link https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/.

    Kind Regards,
