My site is locked and is accessible to logged in users only.
Can the plugin be setup is a way that a logged in user will be able to access his customer panel directly with the need for a password or an email access link?
Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. But there may be a workaround you're interested in.
Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
You already are using something similar, and our panels can be seen on the page if it is not hidden but customers can only access it once they book an appointment and you can send them a token in notifications or you can enable the password option in settings/role settings/customers.
Once they book for the first time and if you have added the customer panel placeholder in the notifications when they click on that link for the first time they will automatically see the option to set the password for the customer panel. You can find more information on this link https://wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel/.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Our panels are separate entities and they must log in to the panel. There is no way to skip this.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We can not say if this is possible or not, you can certainly try and achieve this but this is beyond our support and our developers do not accept personal customization request at this time.

Thanks for the reply Marko.
As you stated my site is already locked for external users.
If a customer wants to reach his panel he must log in to his wordpress login.
That means that if he wants to manage his appointments he need to login twice, once to the wordpress and then again to his Amelia customer.
I want that his customer panel will be available to him without the need for him to log in to Amelia as he is already recognized.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

Got it.
Can I programmatically log in the user/create the token?
