Most likely you are testing this as an admin and you have allow admin to book at any on. Please try and book on the front from the incognito mode and see how the time slot appears in that why.
Sorry I've been tied up on other things. I took the site out of maintenance mode and visited it on a browser I don't normally use to work on the site and opened an incognito window. Clients can still book times when we are not open. They should not see times like 6am becasue won't be there. Is there anyway to fix this?
No worries, we are here whenever you need us. We went on your site and we can see the bookings for 9 hours only
We can see the time slots at pm most likely due to time difference if you have enabled option so that customers can see the time slots in their time zone.
If you still have any issues we would need to log in to your site with temporary admin credentials to take a closer look. If you still have the issue please reply in private response and sent the credentials so that we can take a closer look.
I figured it out. It was a time zone problem. I fixed the time zone in the Wordpress settings and that fixed the time in Amelia's booking screen. Thanks for the tip.
We are glad to hear that and that everything is fine. We are also sending you our article about the time zone that can be of use to you in the future Time Zones with Amelia
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Hello,
I updated the working hours and days off setting but when a client goes to pick a time when making their booking, they see all hours of the day.
For instance, they can make a 6am appointment but we dont open til 10am.
Is there a way to make to make slot available match the times we are open?
Thanks,
