When i press the "PUBLISH FORM" button I'm getting "ERROR Request failed with status code 403" and I can't update the form design.

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
We can see that you have a 403 error in the console. The 403 Forbidden Error happens when the web page (or another resource) that you’re trying to open in your web browser is a resource that you’re not allowed to access. It’s called a 403 error because that’s the HTTP status code that the webserver uses to describe that kind of error.
You usually get this error for one of two reasons. The first is that the owners of the webserver have properly set up access permissions and that you’re really not allowed access to the resource. The second reason is that the owners of the webserver have improperly set up permissions and you’re getting denied access when you really shouldn’t be.
You need to contact your hosting provider because you have an issue with your permissions.

Thank for your response..
I'm the web developer and also the Wordpress Administrator.. Even the server admin so, I think it's something related to Amelia and to the customization page, because it's the only one giving me errors.
Everything else in Amelia and also in the website is working as expected, just when i press the button "Publish form" I'm getting this error, what else could it be?

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We went on your site but we were unable to replicate the issue. You can see in some of our screenshots that we have changed and published some settings without any issue
And you can see that those changes take affect in the front end immediately
So as far as we can see when we test this on your site there is no issue at thistime and everything is working well.

I think I've spotted the bug!
I've set in my profile the DISABLE VISUAL EDITOR WHEN WRITING, and when this is checked i can see the ERROR 403 from the PUBLISH FORM button, when this is not checked, the form is working as expected.
I've tried with your account too, can You try again and fix it?
I think the PUBLISH FORM button should still work even without this check checked.
