We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I made sort of "fixed" time slots for the services, by adjusting employee schedule with time frames like:
08:00 - 08:30
08:30 - 09:00 etc.
Everything would be fine, BUT, there is specific service, which need buffering, and if for example service takes 30 minutes, I need to block two time slots (one before and one after), so for example:
If client books at 09:00, I need to block 8:30 and 09:30.
Problem is, if I add buffer time 30 min before and after, then Amelia booking doesn't show any free time slots in the calendar.
In the general settings I turned off "Include service buffer time in time slots " but it doesn't work anyway.
Can you help me with that? Because I believe that system still counts buffer time with service time, and since there are specific time slots in the employee schedule, it doesn't show any appointments.

Hello Vykintas,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You do not need this setup. If your service last for 45 minutes and you want to show timeslot on every 45 minutes you just need to set up that your employee is working from 7.45 - 20.45 and to enable which you already did Use service duration for booking a time slot in general settings.
And your customers will see the time slots available on every 45 minutes.
Then you will be able to use budder times for a specific service. With this setup it is not possible to use them since buffer time is counted in to service duration.
This should be an easy fix and you can set this up in couple of minutes.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
