We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, i have 2 questions here .
1. Sunday is missing on the calender itself. can you help me to check with it? it only appear monday to saturday
2. I want people to book 1 slot for only per customer. once booked, slot is off and cant be book. how?

We do not work on weekends so that we have not reply to you sooner.
1. Sunday is missing on the calender itself. can you help me to check with it? it only appear monday to Saturday - This is not possible and also we can not find Amelia on your site. Can you please send us the URL of the page where Amelia is located?
2. I want people to book 1 slot for only per customer. once booked, slot is off and cant be book. how? - This is how Amelia works. In services/edit service you can set minimum and maximum capacity for each service. So if it is set that maximum is 1 then you once a customer books this time slot will disappear. Also please check in employee modal in assigned service what is the capacity set for each employee since they can have a different settings.
