Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.

Amelia works like this: Locations of services depend on locations that you put in your employee modal in work hours. But payment method can be set per service not per locations 

So for each service that you have, you can choose a different payment method in services/edits service/settings payments.

This is how Amelia is designed.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
