Unfortunately, there is no option to skip the Amelia checkout page, but if you enter the data for the customer, that data will be transferred over to the WooCommerce checkout as well.

Can I skip the checkout page of Amelia?
The customer must now enter their contact information twice (see attachment): first in the Amelia checkout, next in the Woocommerce checkout.
