But, in the end, I do not understand the usefulness of creating this app since in the end when a person creates an appointment via a form (service) created by amelia. No zoom appointment with its meeting link is created and sent to the client
We needed to create this since Zoom was dropping JWT function.
Zoom link can be sent to your customers but you need to add zoom link placeholder there so that Amelia can send it. Also you need to go to services/edit service/settings and enable Zoom for each service individually so that Amelia can send this data to a customer for that service.
