I have disabled cancellation for all services. But in the Customer Panel, the Cancellation option shows up and the user is able to cancel the appointments. Is there any other setting that needs to be done to remove the cancel option from the Customer Panel?
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
There is no option built in Amelia where you can forbid customers to cancel appointments.
