Hello, please help.

I am using the paid version of the amelia wordprees plugin.
There has been a problem with the advisor panel. When I enable this plugin on the site I get this message: 

"You are not allowed to access this page.".

I am not able to log in to the advisor panel. The message does not appear on the page when the plugin is not enabled

I think I have dealt with the previous problem. Unfortunately I have another one. When creating an event and assigning an advisor myself it joins the event and there is no way to save.

I have done events in a similar way before and there was no problem. The event saved itself. Now it adds me as an advisor

Does the event fee show up in the statistics (quantity, revenue)?
As far as I can see amelia only counts the consultations and does not see the events....

Is it possible to set up consultations, for example, only for the first Monday of the month for the next few months in the same way as for events?

Using event sign-ups automatically shows the number already signed up in the form. Why is it that when registering for a consultation, the enrolment statistics do not appear in the form and clients cannot see if there are still places available ?

1 The events form has a counter of enrolled participants. The consultation registration counter does not show the current number of enrolled. I have a limit of 10 people for a specific time and the form still shows 1-10

2. if you have connections and possibilities with Amela's programmers then please push them to add in the counsellor panel on the special day the possibility to cycle the date.... e.g. first Thursday of the month at a fixed time.
