The Amelia step-by-step 2.0 form is not displaying at all. When I add the elementor widget, all that displays in the front end is [ameliastepbooking] Also, on preview mode, nothing displays at all.
I have exhausted all the troubleshooting options I can think of, including removing possibly conflicting plugins and changing the website theme.
Any help would be much appreciated because I currently cannot use the product at all.
for me it's similar, the step by step 2.0 short code doesnt show the package when i use [ameliastepbooking show=packages]. Maybe something is wrong this the 2.0 things, because the 2.0 catalog search does not work either.
Henry, you have a different issue as far I can recall you have this error "Oops... It seems like there are no available or visible services assigned to the packages, at this moment." this mean that something is not set up properly in settings or in service.
Also, there are no issues with displaying 2.0 booking forms or we would have tens of thousand of ticket.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
