I am a bit confused about how best to use the coupon feature. I have tried using it and setup a email campaign to send out the coupon code to our new newsletter subscribers.
However I quickly notice that the coupon was easily misused. I thought that the coupon could only be activated if logged into your user account, but it seems I am wrong and that the coupon can be used at point of sell without an account multiple times. I have also set the usage limit to 1, but that didn't stop the issue.
Am I doing something wrong, how do I prevent such misuse?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
