We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We are generally happy with the plugin, so well done. That said, a few customers have made repeat bookings and while the bookings do appear in the calendar, they are not listed on the WooCommerce booking email or receipt. Ideally we'd like any repeats to appear in the same way they do with 'packages', i.e. in the booking details. Is this something that can be done?
Or at least the product details would mention the word 'repeat booking' or something. That's be helpful.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that and unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This is hoe it works at this time and we do not have such option.
But it is a good suggestion and I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Unfortunately, we are still getting similar issues. Surely you could simply create a new 'status' ('payment pending' perhaps) which temporarily prevents an appointment from being booked by a third party? If a second customer completes their order for that same slot while it has that status it would then force them to either chose an alternative slot or offer a refund? It could then revert after 10-15 minutes (called by a cron perhaps).
In the past few weeks we've had 2-3 instances of this. How a website with higher traffic copes with this issue I don't know? This is a fix, not a feature. My client's reputation is on the line here - and yours. You have an article regarding how your plugin helps prevent 'double bookings'. At this moment, I'd consider taking that article offline if I were you.

I posted this in the wrong place. The previous comments are actually to do with 'double bookings' not 'repeat bookings'. That said, it is a real issue that needs to be sorted.
