Thank you for reaching out to us.
We do not get what you mean by specifying the maximum number of employees. You can create a group booking appointment for service and one employee can have a group booking for 200 customers.
In services/edit service you can set the capacity for that service to 200 and 1 employee can have a group booking for 200 customers. If you set to 2 emplyoees on the same service then you can accept a group booking for 400 customers. 200 customer per each employee for example.
Also, go to settings/appointment settings and set the option like this

Thank you very much for your answer, what I wanted to achieve with your answer was solved. I would also like to ask if the calendar appears in the foreground and I drag the mouse there to see that, for example, 200/120 spaces are still available. Is there any way to fix this?
