I've been trying to assign a location per service, but couldn't find the option.
Then, I read on the documentation that the location can be seen on the Employees Working Hours. However, that's not there:
Location:
Employee:
Simply nothing.
Still, even when I add 2 different locations, only the first one seems to be applied to all services. I need to assign different locations to different services (not by employee).
The reason is because we have the following business structure:
1. 1-on-1 service = Location 1 (Only employee A and B)
2. Group service = Location 2 (Only employee A, B and C)
3. Online service = No location (Only emploee B, C, and D)
This is only an example since different employees can have different types of services. The idea is to allow the client to select a service with a default location.
Locations, where service will be provided, depend on your employee is at. So you need to set this up in your employee work hours like this for example
Also, online service must have a locations you need to create one and name it virtual or on line, etc.
As for missing location in your employee modal that is really strange and we would need to take a closer look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

I just could check out the Location option. I noticed that once this is enabled, every service where the employee is assigned to, a client can see the option on selecting different locations. However, we don't want that. We need the client to select locations based on the Package or Service, not on the Employee's location settings (I don't understand why Amelia would work like this).
Is there a way to select physical locations only to some services and online services to others?
In our case, employees move a lot, so they can have online meetings or on-site meetings depending on the service.
Amelia is deigned in that why and location of the service where will it be provided depends on your employee locations.
Customers can choose the locations first and you can change the order of the fields in customize section and based on that location they will see available employees and services that they can book on that location.
This is how Amelia is designed and this is how it works.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
What if a service is only an On-Site service and I only want clients to see the locations based on branches but not the "online" option?
Sort of understand the employee thing, but doesn't make a lot of sense when it comes to services that are particularly On-Site and not "Online". Also employees or consultants can do their job online or on-site depending on the service. I'm kind of dissapointed on not making it possible for clients to choose based on services and not on the employees (choosing the place on the service shouldn't confuse clients).
I'll check it out and let you know if we have some more questions.
We are using the logic that if you do not have employee in your store in location A there is no one to provide service for your customers. So location of your services and when and where is provided depend on your settings in your emplyoee work hours. This is the core of Amelia and this can not be changed since this will require changing the logic of how Amelia works.
We try to help as best as we can but some features are not available at this time most likely this one will never be available because of the reason mentioned above.
Od course, If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.

Hello Yamil,
The issue is that you did not create any locations so the location field can not be shown to you
We have set 2 for you for testing purposes and you can see now location field in employee modal
Please test it out and let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply.
