Currently, Amelia doesn't have the multi-vendor option.
There is a possibility that it will be available in the future with the developer license. But if you buy the plugin now with the developer license you can have separate sites for different vendors, or maybe you can make a multi-site where each sub-site is for another vendor.
Also, Amelia works well in multisite environment. If your subsites are subdomains from the main domain, then you can use 1 domain license.
