unfortunately you do not offer a free testing period, but if I buy a one year license, would I be able to upgrade to lifelong if the software meets my needs?
The lifetime license would have cost € 166, which is a difference of € 100.
So I sure expected to pay about € 100 plus tax for the upgrade ...
Given that we substract the one or two days usage of the yearly license, the price for the upgrade should be roughly arround € 100.
Now I tried to upgrade and found that I would have to pay €170.48, which is even more than I would have paid by buying the the lifetime license directly yesterday :-(
When you wrote "Yes, it is possible to upgrade the license from yearly to lifetime at any point in the future." I surely meant, that in sum the amount for the yearly license would be considered.
Since the discount on the price does not apply when the license is upgraded, I would suggest that we refund your current license and you can purchase the lifetime one.
