When swapping an amelia element in elementor it caused the page to show blank content on the page and to cause a critical error when trying to edit the page with elementor.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
So Amelia was working fine up until a few days ago. I updated the booking page on My website to use the catalogue vue (V2) I then used the following two plugins (wordpress rocket & jetpack to clear my cache ect) when I went to check how the plugin looked on my front end the newly edited page completely didn't work showing the aforementioned error. Unfortunately however the Amelia plugin no longer works on my website period, not even on other pages so I have removed it from my booking page. I would like to find some solution so that I am able to book clients again as I'm losing potential clients.
The booking form should be displayed when you clear the cache, if you have a caching plugin or optimize plugin, please disable minify js files option.
For example, if you have WP Rocket, and you have enabled these JS optimizations, which have a negative effect on our New Step Form, that is based on Vue 3 Framework, the booking form wont show.
The old Form is based on Vue Framework 2; but the New Form is based on Vue Framework 3;
Once you disable the "minify JS" option in the Optimisations on WP Rocket, or similar, and purge the cache the form should appear.
Also, the issue could be with the Page optimize plugin. You have these settings
and they should be added to this first input amelia_booking_script_index like this
Hi, we have tried this and it hasn't fixed the problem. Either it's blank and then can't load edit with elementor without and error or it shows up with this for other browsers not logged into admin
We do not have access to see the videos but we can and guess what is the error.
When you this fatal error most likely this is because you do not have enough of memory on the site.
Amelia probably tried to allocate some small part of memory and it failed because of this. Please contact the hosting to increase your memory limit to at least 512MB or more. And after that, all should be fine.
In case that it is not please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
hello - so we were able to contact bluehost and recover a version of our website from the 25th of June which helped amelia to start working on our website again. Do you still want to check the back end of the website to see why it may have happened in the first place?
Hello,
When swapping an amelia element in elementor it caused the page to show blank content on the page and to cause a critical error when trying to edit the page with elementor.
Resulting error:
I have tried clearing cache, preventing cache on that specific page, removing then re-installing and clearing cache between those steps.
Hello Mustapha,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
