    Hi Amelia Team

I was wondering if it is possible to set a minimum amount of hours on a Weekly Recurring Plan with a Fixed Price tag on top.

    Let me explain:

Since this is an online course package set by hours (let's say an 8Hours English Course) with a fixed price of 100 USD... Is there a way to select days in a week with that minimum price tag top and minimun amount of hours (8 hours) on the client's selection?

What I noticed is that a way to do this is by creating an hourly price on the service (e.g. 12,5 USD). So if the client proactively select 8 days on the calendar, that would add up and make those 100 USD. HOWEVER, there's no way for us to limit the client to a minimum amount of hours (8 hours) and a maximum amount of hours (let's say 11 hours as an example).

Do you have any workaround for this issue? The idea is to have the student/client select the days on a week (this is important for the calendar/Google Calendar feature that Amelia has), BUT if there's no minimum amout of hours, then the same client can simply select 2 or 3 hours of service instead of 8 (the fixed intended plan).

Hope my question makes sense and await for a response asap.

    Regards,

    Hi Amelia Team, me again

I think I found the solution while reading the Package feature you have for the Amelia Pro Plan (I didn't know there was that option for the Pro version until I read the documentation).

I've upgraded my Basic Lifetime Plan to a Pro Lifetime.

I'll try that option and in case I may have questions I'll check out the documentation.

Thank you guys for the amazing work!

    Regards,

Yes, this is possible with the packages option and once you update you can set this up.

    Hello Yamil,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Maybe it is best tp explain in front how that option works exactly.  You can limit the time how long the package is valid and you can do that in this way.

The duration you set is for the package while the appointments within a package are defined by the "Period available for booking" in Amelia's General Settings or individual settings of a service. So, if you sell a package with 10 appointments, and set the duration of the package to be 1 year, your customers will have 1 year to book those 10 appointments.

However, the appointments within a package can be booked as far ahead as you configured the "Period available for booking in advance" in Amelia's General Settings, or individual service setting. For example, if this is set to 30 days, at the time when an appointment is being booked, the customers will be able to choose the dates 30 days from TODAY. Defining the duration of the package doesn't define the availability of appointments.

The only way to do this i like this if this doesn't help I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
