We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, there is a problem using Evenements module.
If a client book an evenement on the calendar and an admin or an employee cancel this event, it is not possible to book an other event from the customer panel.
There are no informations about its credit or about a refund possibility.
Is there possible to allow client to book an other event when admin delete or cancel initial event ?
Because even in the admin back-office, there are no mentions about credit avalaible for this client.
My usecase is for sport coach who are planning recurring small groups trainings but it appens sometimes that a slot need to be cancel. In this case, it is mandatory that customers could book an other event with the same coach later.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. When you cancel event at this time all refund must be done manually but we plan to implement this.
But there is no credit that they can use again. But you can create a new event and you can book this for those users manually just by adding them to that event.
