Hello, whatsapp recording notifications do not reach, an error also pops up when I want to send a test message, but auto replies are sent. I set everything up according to the instructions.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what the issue or issue are exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
To be honest, we did not get the chance to take a look, but now we can see everything is working. So the most likely issue was not on our end since this was resolved.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
