We do not see any issue with the name fields as you can see in the screenshots 

We were able to continue with entered data without any issues. What we can see is that you have an issue with entering credit details and this looks like some sort of conflict.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). 

If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that before we take a closer look with admin credentials that based on the error, can you check if you entered stripe keys correctly? It seems you put the secret key into public key/publishable key.

And they cannot reproduce input name field empty on mobile. Did you maybe use an iPhone and prefilled the field instead of typing it?

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we cannot reproduce the first name error on samsung android mobile and google chrome. It always passes to the next (payment) step. Can you film a short one minute video of this error?

We have also noticed that your stripe test public key is incorrect and we cannot try to complete a booking. Also your live stripe public key is still starting with sk_ , which means it's the secret key.

We just got the new feedback from our colleagues and we can still not reproduce the error on any device. Can you see if it works on other browsers on your phone? And can you try filling in just the first name field, since the other ones aren't required?

The problem might be caused by chrome's auto-fill. Can you also try filling in every detail manually as it looks like you are using auto-fill for email and phone number?
