Hi, I would like to know if and when a change to the Amelia plugin regarding sending SMS through external operators is planned. I understand that having your service used is more convenient for you, but to be honest it is objectively too expensive, since many external services have really competitive prices. Especially here in Italy, some of our providers offer definitely low prices for sending SMS and I would like to be able to use them. I hope to receive a reply from you with good news. Thank you

We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
