We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I run a recording studio and I'm interested in utilising Amelia to cater for our booking system requirements. Please could you help with the following questions so I can determine if it will be suitable for our needs?

    1. Can a customer book a range of dates in one transaction? Our bookings often span multiple days, and we need a way to capture these easily. For example, could a customer choose to make a booking that spans five consecutive dates, and the calendar would adapt to their selection and provide availability to do this?
      1. Further, if this is possible does it allow the booking to span pre determined days off? Example, if they select five days that begin on a Wednesday but span a weekend when the business is closed, will it present Wed/Thurs/Fri/Mon/Tues as a selectable option for them?
    2. We need the facility to offer a fixed service that is not tied to a calendar booking. For example, a customer needs to be able to select a service like 'Production' that charges a fixed price. They would then select the dates required to carry out this service from the calendar - this would work in reverse of how I have seen other competitors that require a date to be tied to a service. Is something like this possible with Amelia?

Thanks very much for your help!

    Hello Al,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. At the moment, the customer can book multiple days at the same time with recurring appointments or packages

    2. This is exactly how packages work in Amelia.

Please check out the features that I mentioned above and let me know if it works or not.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,
