We have a fixed distribution key based on the surname of the user to which employee the user is assigned. Therefore in the booking form, the user should not be able to choose an employee, but should be automatically assigned to the correct employee.
Yes, and no. Amelia works in this way. You can offer employee choice to your customers or you can hide it and then the employee will be assigned at random. This is the case if you have several employees on the same service. If you only have one employee on that service only that employee will be assigned to this appointment.
