How does quantity control work on extras? Since I have to load the extras on to categories and say the amount of extra available on each category, how does it work if it's extras shared over various categories. For example: a yoga class, a zumba class and a weights class will all use 2kg dumbbells. There are 50 sets of dumbbells. to have the dumbbells available on full for each class it means i have to lead on to each class 50 dumbbells....but...then. according to your system, there are 150 sets of dumbbells, when there are only 50. So when yoga class books 45 and zumba class books 35, there should technically be a clash in stock available, but the system won't pick that up. We'll pick it up when people pitch for class and and the instructors starts to fight.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Extras can not be shared over the various categories. Amelia is not designed in that way and what you want to achieve is not possible at this time I'm afraid.
Maybe this will be added at some time in the future but I can not make any promises at this time since we do not have such immediate plans.
