I noticed that the employee profiles and general settings have the working hours set from 8 am to 10 pm. However, in the interface of the booking application, I see the working hours displayed as 8 am to 6 pm. I would like to fix this discrepancy and also set the hours in European format (e.g., 10:00 to 20:00).

We went on your site but as far as we can see everything is fine
But if you do not see it correctly please check for these couple of things
1. Are you in the same time zone as you set in WordPress
2. Did you enable the option Show booking slots in client time zone in general settings
3. does your employee has a different time zone set in employee modal then it is set in WordPress
