For us no problem, we are  thinking too buy the PRO version lifetime. But we have some questions, can we buy frist the new licensing and after that cancel the old licensing? how it works with configurations, we are going to lost the configuration?

Can we buy with the same email and domain?

we already update the plugin and active to pro version, but on the services doesn't show the option for service packages

  We don’t have permission from our Data protection officer to give you the administrator access. The only way we have is scheduled one hour to give you remote access.

Can we schedule a remote meeting, to give you access to look into this problem?

Right now this is very critical for us, we have the team members asking from this futures.

we need an urgent answer, we have acquired a license in which we are not taking advantage of the PRO features.

As I said in the previous ticket our Data Protection Officer does not authorize us to provide for your team an administrator access. The best will be to schedule a meeting to give you access via Microsoft teams.

I think this is not a solutions, when you work with health care data, is very dificult to give administration access to the platforms, but ok.

Only for understand, for upload this I have to update manualy the plugin  from FTP?
