We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I try to create the group Yoga class section on our website, I want to setup specific date / hour for a service (Yoga group class), I want only it to be available on the calendar even if there is no-one booked to it.
I want that service to go on a weekly basis (again a specific date and a specific hour). When the client accesses the calendar he/she should be able to book only in that time slot.
Whenever I try to create such a class it is mandatory for me to enter a certain client to it which is not the point. I did try to setup an event and it's working fine on that side but there is no option to sell subscriptions (packages as you call them).
Which leads me to the 2nd question, I saw I can setup the default product on the service settings page and I did set it to the default class entry product but if I would like to make a package in which a client buys a number of entries for a discount how is this setup in Amelia?
Thanks,
Erica
I found the answer to the 2nd question in your documentation, so for now the first one is still open.
Thanks
Hello Erica,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
Sure, I will explain, is there a way to create a reoccurring appointment in our calendar that will be open for 10 people to book. The appointment however needs to be created even if there is no initial booking done to it.
Example:
If this is not possible, please explain how the Group Appointments (2nd version = people do not know each other and are not bringing no one with them) is set?
I am thinking about the possibility to create a dummy client and assign him to each appointment so it will be visible for the instructor and for the managing team from the back-end.
Regards,
Erica
Hello Erica
When you set your employee work hours those time slots are visible for booking to your customers.
But what you want to achieve is not possible. You can see the appointment in the backend if no customer has booked that appointment and of course if no one has booked it no appointment is created.
So if you want to see this appointment even if no one has booked it you need to create fake customer and to book for this customer that appointment. After that the appointment will appear on the back end.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,

Hey Marko,
